As a strategic partner, we helped Barncancerfonden develop their leadership and central functions to serve new stage of growth.

Upon entering a new stage of growth, ambitious targets posed a challenge to The Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation and their current management structures.
Over the course of two years, we worked closely together with the leadership team to equip them for their next level as an organisation. Among many things, this included the development of a strengthened Human Resources function and leadership development.
